What is Sick Child Care?
Nursing a child in the acute stage of illness or injury

What is Post-illness Childcare?
A child who is recovering from an illness. For example, low-grade fever, recovery period after fever subsides, etc.

Age Group Entitled to Use the Service
The service is available for children aged from 4 months to elementary students up until end of 6th grade (until March 31st).
Procedure
①Before entering Sick Child Care
＊Advance registration is required.
＊Must have been examined by a doctor.
＊Please submit a doctor's contact form (a sickness notification letter) from your doctor, and the information sheet regarding medicine dosages from the pharmacy, before using the service. These are required to use the service.
②After entering Sick Child Care
＊Depending on your child's situation, we may contact you after entering sick child care. If your child's condition worsens, for example, if their fever exceeds 38.5C or they are unable to eat or drink we may contact you to take them to see the doctor again. Of course in emergencies we will take them directly to hospital.
＊Although we take great care to prevent the spread of infectious diseases, there may be cases where we are unable to prevent infection.
③About meals
Meals will be provided at the nursery school, but you are also welcome to bring your own food.
We cannot provide special meals for children with allergies. Please bring your own raw baby food.
What to bring
＊Documents: Doctor's contact form (completed at the medical institution. Medical certificate fee will be borne by the parent)
Service Contract request form (for first time usage, available at the Nursery)
User registration form (for first-time users, available at the Nursery)
＊Medicine (if needed) with information about dosage.
The form is available at the in the nursery. Children in kindergarten can also download it from the website.
Usage fee
The service is free for London Bridge Kindergarten and Nursery students.
London Bridge Graduates: 1,000 yen per day
Other children: 2,000 yen per day
Other fees such as 300 yen for school lunch, 100 yen for snacks, etc. will be required depending on your usage.
